The teacher I have chosen for my final TroJournal is Mr. Dylan Goodell. Mr. Goodell grew up in Lindsborg, KS, and attended Kansas State University. He teaches seventh-grade History and high school World History. He also coaches junior high girl’s basketball and high school baseball. 

A few questions that Mr. Goodell was asked were what his favorite part of teaching was and what he would be if you weren’t a teacher. He said, “Interacting with students and seeing students start actually to enjoy a subject or topic we cover in class”. He also said that if he weren’t a teacher he would like to be an electrician. Another question he answered was, why did you choose to teach at Southeast? He states that it’s close to home and the coaches and/or athletic programs at Southeast support each other to a high degree.

In conclusion, here is a fun fact and some hobbies he enjoys. The fun fact is that he can juggle and some of his favorite hobbies are going fishing, watching sports, and playing with his dogs. I enjoy having Mr. Goodell as a teacher because he includes fun projects and videos in his teaching.
