The winter weather in Salina wasn’t as bad as most people say it was.. According to a blind interview I conducted, “The roads weren’t very wet and slick, but there was no snow.” The names of the roads that were bad are Cunningham and Ohio. All of the roads had all of the ditch science (What is “ditch science”?) and the roads were very easy to drive on. All of the roads were drive able by the drivers at Southeast of Saline school. There were parts where you couldn’t see where you’re headed and what was ahead of the car. This information gave me the roads were very easy to drive on in a type of vehicle.

The winter this year is going to be way colder than the past early years and late December, early and late January, and early February. Precipitation and snowfall will be slightly above normal. The weather is very cold and will be cold all this year and maybe into next year as well. The Old Farmer’s Almanac takes a strong stance on the expectation for wintry conditions this year, stating in its 2023-2024 Weather Forecast that the U.S. is in for a “winter wonderland.” Kansas, along with much of the U.S., is predicted to see cold and snowy conditions, with snow arriving in November.
