StuCo hosts online spirit week
The week of Apr 20-24, SES students, still isolated by Coronavirus constraints, were encouraged by SES StuCo to participate in an online spirit week.
Along with traditional themes like pajama day and dress as a teacher, StuCo members added themes such as “hobby day,” “get outside,” and “newly acquired skill.” These themes allowed students to show off new hobbies learned in quarantine and inspired them to get outside and enjoy the nice weather.
Each day of the spirit week, students submitted one photo of their outfit/activity to the StuCo members.
On days that students participated, their names went into a raffle to win $25. At the end of the week, StuCo members drew out one name per class.
The winners were as follows:
Senior- Abby Johnson
Junior- Keenan Johnson
Sophomore- Rachel Hubele
Freshman- Carter Mayginnes
